🔐 Recover my wallet (lost phrase?)
Trust Wallet never stores your recovery phrase. If you lose it, recovery is impossible. Always keep 12/24 words offline safely. We cannot restore wallets without seed phrases.
💱 Missing transaction / funds
Check block explorer (BscScan, Etherscan). If transaction is confirmed, ensure you added the correct token contract address. Use "Add Custom Token" feature.
⛓️ How to add a new blockchain?
Go to Settings → Networks → Add New RPC. Get RPC URLs from official docs. Trust Wallet supports 70+ chains including Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, Solana, and more.
🚫 I can't connect to DApps
Make sure WalletConnect is updated. Clear browser cache or try using Trust Browser. For iOS/Android, ensure the DApp supports WalletConnect v2.
